OBA Jeugd
The OBA Jeugd Membership is for 0–19-year-olds and is completely free of charge. OBA Jeugd members can borrow without having to pay fines.

| Activities | All OBA activities are free of charge or can be attended with a 50% discount. |
| Free WiFi and PC access at all OBA branches | Use the computer for three hours a day at the OBA Oosterdok and one hour at the other branches. |
| Practice for primary school | Primary school children who are members of the OBA can practice for the final school test (eindtoets, Cito and IEP) and for all their school subjects on the Junior Einstein website. |
